That the report to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform by the Commissioner of the Garda Síochána on the fatal shooting of John Carthy at Abbeylara, County Longford on 20th April, 2000 be referred to the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee.
