1883 [1883] In general, the bodies boards and organisations under the aegis of my Department are established for the purpose of developing or reviewing some aspect of education policy, or for the delivery of educational services. Accordingly, the composition of such groups is usually representative of the relevant education partners, or includes members with an appropriate expertise or qualification.
