51. Ms O'Sullivan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when she will publish the report of the task force on bullying in the workplace; the reason for the delay in finalising the report; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [21331/00]

Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Mr. T. Kitt): While it was originally envisaged that the task force on the prevention of workplace bullying would report in March of this year, I have been advised by the chairman of the task force, which is operating under the auspices of the Health and Safety Authority, that it has not yet completed its deliberations. I look forward to receiving the report of the task force in due course.
