Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this refers to an application for transmission of part which was lodged in the Land Registry on 15 November 1999. I am assured by the Land Registry that this dealing is being expedited and it is expected that it will be completed without delay.
