Mr. Walsh Mr. Walsh
Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The 2010 committee report was presented to me on 24 March. I am currently engaged in a round of consultations on the report's findings and recommendations. A range of representative organisations, including the social partners, have been asked to provide detailed written responses to the report. In addition, two consultative seminars have been held to discuss the report's findings. I have also established a working group of senior officials in my Department to consider the report and to draw up a detailed action plan. This process should be completed in the next few weeks, and it is then my intention to present a comprehensive response to the report, and a plan of action for implementation, to Government.
