132. Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive REPS payment; and if the person will be paid in full. [16598/00]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): A payment for the person named is currently being processed and will issue within the next ten days.

An issue has arisen in respect of an application to participate in supplementary measure A. While my Department has no record of receiving this application, the person named has forwarded some supporting documentation which is being considered. My Department will be in touch with him directly when a decision has been made.
