Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health and Children if assistance will be provided by the South Eastern Health Board for travel arrangements for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who is a medical card holder and has to attend hospital on a regular basis as he suffers from cerebral palsy and his wheelchair will not fit into a car or bus; and if there is a specific budget within the health board for this purpose.
