Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children the waiting list for orthodontic treatment in the Western Health Board area; the comparative figures in each of the years from 1996 to 1999; and the number of orthodontic surgeons employed with the board in each of the years from 1996 to date. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin): The provision of orthodontic treatment to eligible persons in the Western Health Board and the maintenance of orthodontic waiting lists are the statutory responsibility of the Western Health Board.
