Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo is being disallowed a special beef premium in view of the fact he has already supplied confirmation to his Department that he has sold his milk quota and is no longer supplying milk. [4455/00] Mr. Walsh Mr. Walsh Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The person named submitted three special beef premium applications in 1999. These applications have been processed, and payment will be made following receipt of confirmation from the creamery regarding the applicant's milk quota position. The applicant was requested on 26 November 1999 to furnish official confirmation from the creamery and to date this information has not been received. Mr. Creed Mr. Creed 122. Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive payment of installation aid.
