Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey): The submission made by the association concerned relates to the Planning and Development Bill, 1999, which is currently before the House. Its views will be considered in the context of the discussions of the Bill on Committee Stage, as well as when making [294] new planning regulations following enactment of the Bill.
