Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Dr. Woods): I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, in the case of the Stamp Duties Consolidation Bill, 1999—

(a) Report Stage shall be taken tomorrow, Wednesday, 8th December, 1999; and

(b) Fifth Stage shall be taken immediately after the conclusion of the proceedings on Report Stage.
