[239] Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin): I refer the Deputy to my reply to Parliamentary Question 87 of 14 October 1999 in which I indicated that the youth work Bill will be published in early 2000 and that there is no undue delay in the publication of the Bill having regard to the Government's overall legislative programme and priorities.
