115.Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Health and Children if an application of an addiction treatment centre (details supplied) in County Wexford for lottery funding from the health board will be approved; the reason for the confusion regarding receipt of the application when it was duly lodged; and the funds, if any, available to assist this project in 1999.
