Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason the Southern Health Board has not forwarded the relevant information of a deceased person (details supplied) in County Kerry to the Department of Social, Community and Family Affairs to enable it to issue a survivor's pension to the widow who applied for this in December 1998; and the reason for the delay.
