468. Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a decision has been taken to prosecute any person for a burglary at the home of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9649/99]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): I am informed by the Garda authorities that this matter has been fully investigated and that a prosecution has commenced. I understand that a witness summons will issue in due course for the attendance of the injured party at the appropriate court venue.
