89. Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will provide Deputy Joe Higgins with a copy of any correspondence with Deputy Noel Ahern in relation to the proposed Dublin Port tunnel. [7492/99]

Minister for the Environment and Local Government (Mr. Dempsey): Copies of all submissions made to the Minister for the Environment and Local Government in connection with the Dublin Port Tunnel proposal, including one from Deputy Noel Ahern, are available for inspection from the inspectors at the local inquiry into the project which is now in progress.

I am arranging, on a courtesy basis, for a copy of the submission in question to be forwarded to the Deputy.
