Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): Both the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the Department of the Environment and Local Government have a mutual interest in landlord and tenant issues. As a matter of course, there is ongoing liaison in relation to these issues, which includes security of tenure.
