73. Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Public Enterprise the capital projects involving funding from her Department scheduled to commence in the Waterford constituency in 1999; the estimated expenditure in each case; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25046/98]

Minister for Public Enterprise (Mrs. O'Rourke): The only capital project involving direct funding from my Department in the Waterford area in 1999 is the completion of a minor part of the infrastructural improvements at Waterford Airport commenced in 1998. Capital projects which State bodies may be undertaking during 1999 in the Waterford area are operational matters for the companies concerned, over which I have no responsibility.
