[868] Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Ms Harney): Six claims were filed against my Department over the years 1990 to 1997 inclusive. However, medical expenses only, were paid in respect of each claim, under normal Department of Finance guidelines. The total amount paid was £255.69 which is broken down as follows:
