Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that proper visiting rights are extended to persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny whose three children were taken into care in 1996 following which two hours in every two weeks were given to them as visiting rights; if he will have investigations made into this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
