Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Cowen): I propose to take Questions Nos. 65 and 202 together.

As I informed the House on 26 May last, the Eastern Health Board is in the process of implementing in full Labour Court recommendation 15671. There is no threat of strike action in the service and the day nurseries in the region have been operating as normal throughout this period.
