62. Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Finance when the Commission on Public Service Pensions' final report will be available; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9693/98]

Minister for Finance (Mr. McCreevy): The Commission on Public Service Pensions was established in February 1996 and was asked to make its report to Government in 1998. It presented its interim report last autumn and is scheduled to submit its final report later this year.
