61. Mr. McDowell asked the Minister for Finance when he intends to appoint a new board to the Disabled Drivers Medical Board of Appeal, National Rehabilitation Board, in view of the backlog of appeal cases that are developing and the difficulty these delays are causing. [9692/98]
