Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when he will be in a position to confirm the compulsory purchase orders for the Dundrum bypass which is awaiting his attention for nine months, a period which is as long as was required for consideration of the entire southern cross motorway scheme, in view of the near gridlock which exists in the Dundrum area; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
