Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will have arrangements made for the completion and issue of the appointed taxi-stand by-laws for Waterford city in view of the fact that the ongoing delays regarding the completion and issue of the by-laws have a knock-on effect in dealing with other policy decisions by Waterford City Council relating to the control and regulation of small public service vehicles, including the issue of new PSV licences; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
