Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will sanction capital funding for the provision of a sports hall at Coláiste Chiaráin secondary school, Leixlip, County Kildare, in view of the fact that planning permission for this was granted recently; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Mr. Martin): Architectural planning of the project in question is progressing and when it has been completed, a decision will be taken on further progress to the construction stage. The question of funding will not arise until construction has commenced.
