Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands (Miss de Valera): A purchase price has been agreed with the vendor and the matter was referred to the office of the Chief State Solicitor in January 1998 with a request that a Deed of Transfer be prepared for execution. As soon as the legal formalities have been completed, payment will be made.
