124. Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will review the application of a non-national (details supplied) for a visa. [2757/98]

Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Mr. O'Donoghue): An application for a visa for the person in question was refused on 17 September 1997, on the grounds of the information then available to my Department. If the applicant has further information which it is believed would be of significance they should submit this to the immigration and citizenship division of my Department where the application will be reviewed.
