127. Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has had her farm retirement pension withdrawn. [2518/98]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh): The pension was suspended in this case when an inspection by officials of my Department revealed that the conditions of the scheme were not being met.

This case will be re-examined on the receipt of additional information which has been sought.
