32. Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice her views on whether the Garda Síochána should have a home page on the Internet; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5428/97]

Minister for Justice (Mrs. Owen): I am informed by the Garda Commissioner that he has already approved proposals for the setting up of a Garda Síochána home page. The intention is to have the Garda home page in place on the Government internet server in the first half of this year.
