Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Justice the progress, if any, made in preparing the legislation approved by the Government over a year ago which would ensure that any association representing members at Garda rank operated with the support of all Gardaí on a basis of fairness and equity; and if she will give priority to this legislation.
