122. Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry if the Land Commission offices will expedite their dealings regarding an application by a person (details supplied) in County Cork for registration of title in respect of queries received from the Land Registry office. [4642/97]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates): The completed vesting order in this case was lodged in the Land Registry office on 26 September 1996.

An inquiry was recently received from the Land Registry office regarding a problem with a folio which contains part of the commonage allotted to this person. Every effort is being made to have the problem resolved and the query answered as quickly as possible.
