Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education if she will approve the allocation of a home school liaison person to a school (details supplied) in County Kilkenny in view of the fact that this school is currently paying a home school liaison person from its own funds in view of the growing number of pupils in need of support. Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): It is my intention to continue with the phased expansion of the home school community liaison scheme as resources permit. The school referred to by the Deputy will be given full consideration in the context of further expansion of the scheme.
