Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications (Mr. Dukes): A decision as to whether [1525] South Coast Community Television is to be licensed to provide its services has not yet been taken. The Deputy will be aware that a team of consultants, nominated by the European Broadcasting Union, has been engaged to advise me on the technical aspects of the South Coast application in the first instance. I hope to have the consultants' report in the near future and I will make a decision in the matter as soon as possible thereafter.
