Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications whether the services of a public relations group (details supplied) are employed by his Department; if so, the duration of its contract; the brief it holds, particularly in relation to his immediate predecessor, Deputy Lowry; whether this company continues to promote the interests of Deputy Lowry following his resignation on 30 November 1996; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
