[834] Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates): Under the REP scheme a random 5 per cent prepayment check is carried out. This check is a detailed assessment of all aspects of the plan and includes an on farm inspection. A check has been carried out on the applicant's farm and payment will issue to him within the next few weeks.
