Minister for Justice (Mrs. Owen): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 4 March 1996. I am also informed that registration in this case is proceeding and that it is expected that the notice of completion will issue to the solicitors on record within 14 days.
