Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht the resources available to him and the Minister of State(s) at his Department for the running of ministerial offices and constituency offices in terms of support services, finance and personnel, established and non-established, programme managers and special advisers; if he will give a breakdown in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht (Mr. M. Higgins): My Department's administration budget, which is approved by the Dáil each year as part of the Estimates process, provides the resources for the running of the Department as a whole, including the ministerial and constituency offices. The present staffing complement of those offices is set out below.
