Dr. Moffatt asked the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications if he will direct the ESB to provide three phase electricity at a reasonable price to entrepreneurs and cooperatives which are about to undertake [1887] projects to benefit job prospects in the rural areas of County Mayo.
