Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for the Environment when he will make a decision regarding the proposal by Fingal County Council to construct a motorway crossing on Broadmeadow Estuary, a special protection area in Fingal, County Dublin; if he will give details of the nature of the decision; whether the inspector's report on this [1854] project is to be put into the public domain before a ministerial decision is taken; and when the report will be completed. Minister for the Environment (Mr. Howlin): I will make my decision on this motorway scheme as soon as possible after receipt and consideration of the inspector's report which is currently being finalised. It is not the practice to make copies of such reports available in the manner referred to.
