Minister for Health (Mr. Noonan, Limerick East): I have received the [1892] application to which the Deputy refers. This proposal is one of many requests for significant capital funding which have received from the Western Health Board. These various requests are being considered in my Department in the light of the major capital funding commitments which have been made to the board in recent times and having regard to the competing priorities for such funding in the board's area and elsewhere.
