Transport (Dublin Light Rail) Bill, 1996: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to make further provision in relation to transport and for that purpose to enable the Minister for Transport, Energy and Communications to authorise, by order, the construction, operation and maintenance by Córas Iompair Éireann of a light railway serving the city of Dublin and certain surrounding areas and to provide for matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
