Minister for Education (Ms Bhreathnach): The report of the Hamilton committee, prepared under the aegis of the Department of Justice, was published in 1990 and a copy lodged in the Oireachtas Library. Arising from the Hamiliton report, the code of practice for safety at sports grounds and the code of practice for safety at outdoor [1645] pop concerts were published earlier this year.
