Mrs. Geoghegan-Quinn asked the Minister for Health the number of occasions that supplies of plasma had to be withdrawn by the Blood Transfusion Service Board in the past 20 years; the amount of money that had to be written off in each case and in each year; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
