Minister of State at the Department of Social Welfare (Mr. Durkan): I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders—

(1) The following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sitting on Wednesday, 3 April 1996:

(i) Private Members' Business shall take place between 12.00 noon and 1.30 p.m.:

(ii) The sitting shall not be suspended at 1.30 p.m.: and

(iii) On the conclusion of Questions to members of the Government, the Dáil shall adjourn forthwith.

(2) The Dáil, on its rising on Wednesday, 3 April 1996, shall adjourn until Tuesday, 16 April 1996.”
