[651] 141. Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health the information, if any, submitted to the EU Commission on certain diseases and particularly cases where diseases transmissible to man have been diagnosed in accordance with Council Directive 91/487/EEC of 9 September 1991. [6582/96]

The implementation of this Directive is a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry.
