Mr. Callely asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry the invitations, if any, to functions or briefings that have issued from his office or the office of the Minister of State(s) at his Department seeking funds for party purposes where a cover charge applied; and if so, when these invitations issued. Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry (Mr. Yates): No such invitation has issued from my office or from the office of the Minister of State at this Department. However, letters of invitation were issued in my name on Oireachtas notepaper to a Wexford constituency party function which took place on 13 October 1995. Most of these invitations were issued in conjunction with my constituency colleagues, Deputy Doyle, Minister of State, and Senator D'Arcy.
