That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, Financial Motions Nos. 1 to 6, inclusive, shall be moved and grouped together for the purposes of debate as follows and the proceedings thereon and any amendments thereto, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion by one question in each case not later than the times indicated as follows and, in relation to the debate on the following motions, Members may speak more than once: Resolutions Nos. 1 and 2 at 8.30 p.m., Resolutions [802] Nos. 3 and 4 at 10.50 p.m. and Resolutions Nos. 5 and 6 at 11.45 p.m.
