Minister for Finance (Mr. Quinn): I have not engaged any outside public relations firms since my appointment as the Minister for Finance. In February of this year the then Minister of State at my Department, Deputy Phil Hogan, engaged Bill O'Herlihy Communications at a cost of £2,900.
