14. Mr. M. Ahern asked the Minister for Tourism and Trade the overall cost of overtime payments in his Department and in the State-sponsored bodies under the aegis of his Department. [9408/95]

Minister for Tourism and Trade (Mr. E. Kenny): The overall cost of overtime in my Department in the five months to end of May 1995 was £9,097.47. As to the State-sponsored bodies under my aegis, this is an operational matter which is the responsibility of the bodies concerned. I do not have any function in that regard.
